Welcome to Phaup Street Journal. This is a report, a dispatch, a digest, a newsletter - something we hope worth reading - to keep you informed about what Richmond Cycling Corps is up to. 

Phaup Street (map) is the primary east-west artery in Fairfield Court public housing, which is where the majority of RCC youth hail from. This is the very heart of Richmond's East end concentration of public housing/poverty.
